SALON POLICIES

  • CANCELLATION

    I appreciate  from time to time things come up and you may need to cancel your scheduled appointment.


    Please notify me as soon as possible and we will try to reschedule a suitable date.  


    Please do note  however that I reserve the right to charge a 50% charge of your treatment if not notifed within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment

  • LATE ARRIVALS/NO SHOW

    Please be sure to arrive on time, if you arrive early, please be patient if another client is still being treated.  Unfortunately, I do not have a waiting area and therefore ask that you remain in your vehicle and I will come and get you once the salon is clear for your treatment.  


    Late arrivals, more than 10 minutes, may need to be rescheduled and will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of your treatment cost”


    “If you are delayed in your arrival, please note that your treatment time may be shortened and result in a limited service


    All no shows will be subject to 100% cancellation charge of your overall treatment cost.  Payable prior to any future treatment rescheduled 


  • PAYMENT METHODS

    Cash and all major debit and credit cards are accepted via my card payment machine


    All payments must be made at time of purchase for any retail items

  • SICKNESS/COVID

    Upon arrival, your temperature will be taken with a forehead thermometer and hand sanitiser will be provided.

     

    It is my policy to temperature check everyone on arrival, I reserve the right to turn away anyone who looks visbly unwell, or has a temperature above 37.9 degrees.  Unfortunately, I will be unable to treat you and will arrange a suitable alternative appointment  


    If you feel unwell, please call me to discuss if we are both happy to continue with the treatment or reschedule an alternative date to suit.


    If you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19, or have been in contact with someone who has, please cancel your appointment.  We will reschedule your appointment after you have been tested and clear of symptoms  


    All sanitation and disinfection protocols are followed to ensure the salon is safe ahead of all client appointments


  • RIGHT TO REFUSE

    I reserve the right to refuse anyone who behaves in  an inappropriate manner or I feel poses a treat to myself or my business.


    I also reserve the right to refuse to treat anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs



  • PRIVACY

    INFORMATION COLLECT ABOUT YOU

    On your visit to Alverez Creations you will be welcomed and asked to complete the relevant form for the treatment being performed.


    This will include your full name, address, contact number, email, date of birth and ALL medical information.


    WHY IS THIS INFORMATION COLLECTED?

    I ask for your personal details so that I can contact you about treatment/appointments.  Also in order to comply with insurance, it is vital that you complete and disclose any medical conditions, this information is then checked to ensure treatments can be completed safely.  I also record any notes about your visit including colours used for future reference


    WHERE ARE YOUR RECORD CARDS KEPT

    All record cards are kept securely in a locked filing cabinet within the premises. Records are kept for 7 years for insurance purposes,  your record cards are available at any time to view 


    SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

    Your personal information is never shared with any third party and only used for treatment purposes.

     

    MARKETING

    From time to time, I like to contact you about offers and new products.


    If you wish not to be contacted, please email/text me and you will be removed with immediate effect
